We sell refurbished smartphones, second-hand tablets, and refurbished laptops. All devices are checked, cleaned, tested, graded by aesthetic condition (A, B, C), and sold with a warranty.
What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished product is a second-hand device that has been inspected, repaired if necessary, then refurbished by experts. It is 100% functional, sold in excellent condition, with a minimum one-year warranty.
What’s the difference between refurbished and second-hand?

Are the devices unlocked and compatible with all carriers?
Yes, all our refurbished smartphones are unlocked and compatible with all mobile carriers in France and Europe.
Can second-hand product quality be trusted?
Yes. Our products go through more than 30 quality checks before being sold. You also benefit from a warranty, just like with a new product, but at a lower price.
Shipping & Order Tracking
What’s the delivery time for refurbished products?
Your order is shipped within 48 business hours. Fast delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your package is shipped, you receive a tracking link by email to follow your order in real-time.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
Can I return a refurbished or second-hand product?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind. The device must be in good condition, without locked accounts (iCloud/Google), and with all original accessories.
What’s the warranty on products?
- 2 years for new products
- 1 year for refurbished or second-hand products
The warranty covers hardware failures excluding misuse.
Is there after-sales service?
Yes. Our specialized after-sales service helps diagnose, repair, or replace your device if needed.
Secure Payment
Can I pay for a refurbished smartphone in installments?
3 or 4 monthly installments without fees are available via trusted partners such as Alma or Klarna.
