1.Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products offered by GENIUS LAB FACTORY on its website or any other distribution channel (online or physical), to consumer or professional customers.
2.Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
GENIUS LAB FACTORY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery costs are indicated before final confirmation of the order.
3.Payment Methods
Payment is made in cash upon ordering, by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website.
GENIUS LAB FACTORY reserves the right to suspend any order processing in the event of payment authorization refusal or payment incident.
4.Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Any delay will not give rise to cancellation or compensation, unless the delay exceeds 30 days after the order date.
Transport risk is borne by the seller until delivery.
5.Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of *14 days* from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), at the customer's expense.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
*The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or opened products that are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection.*
6.Warranties
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
Certain products may benefit from a specific commercial warranty, specified on the product sheet.
In the event of a defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund of the product, subject to the conditions provided for by law.
7.Liabilities
GENIUS LAB FACTORY shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike of postal, transportation, or communications services.
GENIUS LAB FACTORY shall not be liable for any indirect damages related to the use or malfunction of a product.
8.Disputes – Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service to find an amicable solution.
Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
